The ultimate sacrifice was paid by Jesus on Calvary for the
sins of His people. We are commanded to follow Him in that example and lay down
our life for our brothers and sisters. It doesn’t mean we should necessarily die
for them though it might come to this, but we are to be willing to sacrifice
for them. May the Lord give us all the grace and wisdom to do this as He sees
fit!
