Isaiah 1:18
“Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.”As we experience our first snow fall of the season in Central Virginia this morning, I am reminded of this verse. Seeing the pure white of the landscape outside my earthly home and more white flakes falling, my thoughts have turned to the words of our Lord. O what a glorious thought!!! To know and to believe without a shadow of a doubt that because of the blood He shed on the tree, our own bloody sins will be turned white as snow!!!
O what love our Lord has bestowed upon us!!! O how undeserving we are of what He has done and has given us!!! Praise the Lord for His grace and mercy upon such a great sinner as me!!!
Praise ye the Lord!!!
