For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day. (2 Timothy 1:12)
Of course God is able—with the unsurpassed power of His mighty hand—to guard our souls for all eternity! No matter the storm that assails us, we need never fear our eternal destiny will be capsized in a sea of torment. How wonderful His lovingkindness! Let us not stand in shame of the Lord who bought us, but rather, rejoice in the wonder of His glorious Gospel!
