A Thought From our Pastor:
The Sovereignty Of God.
“Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.” Jeremiah 1:5
I am a firm believer in the sovereignty of God. I believe that whatever God chooses, ordains, predestinates, or wants will come to pass. I believe that God controls the entire universe including this world, as well as everything in all creation. I know that the “Religionist Christians” believes that God is controlled, at least in part by mankind and their will, but that is the biggest lie in their belief. God does not ask, beg, not plead with sinners, He saves sinners. I also believe in election, that is God choosing a remnant of mankind to be His beloved children via adoption. All of His children are washed in the blood of Jesus Christ. We do not work our way to heaven, we are not baptized into heaven, and we do not join churches to get into heaven, or anything else. God before the creation of the world chose us to be His children at His own will and pleasure, and in time the Holy Spirit leads us through the process of salvation until we are saved. Nothing with God happens by chance, and God left nothing in the hands of man. In fact, no person can on their own choose to come to Jesus Christ, we must be invited in by being drawn. “No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him…” John 6:44 Jeremiah is proof of the sovereignty of God. Jeremiah never had anything to do with his relationship with God, God chose him and worked His will in him just as He does with each and every one of His beloved children. Listen very close to what Paul said as he described the sovereignty of God in his Christian life. “But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace…To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:” Galatians 1:15-16 Just like Jeremiah Paul was a sovereign vessel of God’s choosing. As you study the scriptures you will find loads of examples, and if you think about your salvation you will also see the sovereignty of God in your salvation and life. Let us look at another example in Isaiah 49:5 “And now, saith the LORD that formed me from the womb to be his servant, to bring Jacob again to him, Though Israel be not gathered, yet shall I be glorious in the eyes of the LORD, and my God shall be my strength.” God formed him in the womb to be His servant, he had nothing to do with it. God’s Sovereignty is a beautiful thing that the “Religionist Christians” have over time not only rejected but demonized into hate by some of the very believers that God has saved. They will tell you that “God cannot change your will” but that is a lie from the pits of hell. Just like “it is your decision” is a lie from the pits of hell. There is not one single example of this is the entire word of God. The blind preachers that lead the blind into hell are fake preachers. They teach what they learned some school instead at the feet of the greatest teacher the Holy Spirit. But you who are saved, saved by the Spirit of God need to study the word of God, you need to learn the truth and stop worshiping in unspiritual churches and learning from unsaved men and women. God never called these people to preach, and He does not use them. Their churches are not God’s assemblies, and they have no truth. God is sovereign and everything is under His control. “In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:” Ephesians 1:11 I will end with this wonderful passage of scripture.
"Behold, the Lord GOD will come with strong hand, and his arm shall rule for him: behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him...He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young…Who hath measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, and meted out heaven with the span, and comprehended the dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance...Who hath directed the Spirit of the LORD, or being his counsellor hath taught him...With whom took he counsel, and who instructed him, and taught him in the path of judgment, and taught him knowledge, and shewed to him the way of understanding...Behold, the nations are as a drop of a bucket, and are counted as the small dust of the balance: behold, he taketh up the isles as a very little thing." Isaiah 40:10-15

Another Thought From Our Pastor:
Saturday November 11 is Veterans Day, I would like (on behalf) of our church to thank you all that served in military services. We would also like to thank all those who are actively serving in the military helping keep Americans safe from the evils of the world. You are always actively on our prayer list. To all the families that lost loved ones, we would like to salute you and your family, and let you know sorrow is in our hearts every time we hear of a lost soldier. In respect to our military, their families, our National flag and National Anthem.
Many have chosen Sunday November 12th a day to turn off the NFL due to the disrespect the players have shown to the very flag and Anthem that these folks fought, was wounded, and given the Ultimate Sacrifice for. I normally do not use our church newsletter for this sort of stuff, but out of our love for our Service Men and Women, and our Nation, I felt is necessary to put thus in our newsletter. God Bless Our Troops!!

A Devil At Home!By Charles Spurgeon
The way in which a man lives in his home is vital. It will not do to be a saint abroad—and a devil at home!
There are some of that kind. They are wonderfully sweet at a prayer meeting, but they are dreadfully sour to their wives and children. This will never do! Every genuine believer should say, and mean it, 'I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.' It is in the home that we get the truest proof of godliness!
'What sort of a man is he?' said one to George Whitefield; and Whitefield answered, 'I cannot say, for I never lived with him.' That is the way to test a man—to live with him.
