But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that
we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead: (2 Corinthians 1:9)
Overpowering the strength of the law that had
condemned us to death, God, in power infinite, raised us from our bodies moribund to new life! Eternal and holy are our
new lives in Him. Rejoice in this outpoured show of God's great love for us! We
are His people and He is our God Forever.
