He will keep the feet of his saints, and the wicked
shall be silent in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail. (1 Samuel 2:9)
The Lord promises to protect us and keep us
according to His will. The all-powerful God is our defense, provider and refuge
in this life. Indeed, in our own strength we can do nothing, but through His
strength we can do all things (Philippians 4:13)!
