Humble, truth filled, and faithful praying can be a quite allusive practice. The problem is not the busyness of our lives, rather it is a matter of one’s legitimate love of the Father. If we have so preoccupied ourselves with this world as to neglect praying faithfully , then we have abandoned our first love and the love of our homeland the heavenly Jerusalem. If we cannot be honest and truthful with our heavenly Father as we bow before Him, is not deceit imbedded in the heart towards all men as well? Brethren, make communicating with God your foremost preoccupation! Ask, knock, and seek, but do so with a sincere heart examination of your purpose for approaching God’s holy ground of prayer.
