This cross is heavy to bear

Jesus said, "If any man will come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily and follow Me."

This cross is heavy to bearwhen worldliness, or pride, or selfishness work in the heart. But when the heart is filled with love to the Savior, then the greatest cross is light, and even pleasant to endure.

"For the love of Christ compels us!" 2 Corinthians 5:14
